Thanks to our incredible partnerships with super-intelligent alien androids our courier partners, our shipping options are guaranteed to be affordable to you.
Doesn’t matter where you are either: we ship globally, so you can enjoy our exclusive products anywhere you are in the world (unless, of course, you live in another dimension or in a school of magic that shall not be named).
At ArtisanDreamshop, we take delivery seriously—because we know time matters. Our goal is to ensure your handcrafted items reach you securely, promptly, and with full transparency at every stage of shipping.
1. Processing Time
Once your order is placed, we begin preparing it for dispatch within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and holidays). Orders submitted after our cutoff time of 5 PM will start processing the following business day.
2. Delivery Timeframes
We currently offer the following shipping options to get your items to you efficiently:
- Standard Shipping ($4.95): Estimated delivery within 4–6 business days after processing.
- Express Shipping ($14.95): Arrives within 2–4 business days after processing.
Under normal conditions, total delivery time will not exceed one week.
3. Shipping Carriers
We partner with reliable logistics companies to ensure your order is delivered safely and on time. Depending on your location, your package may be shipped using one of the following:

5. Missing or Incomplete Shipments
If your package arrives with missing items or is not delivered within the expected timeframe, please notify us immediately. We will review the shipping records and take quick action to investigate, reship, or refund as necessary. Please allow up to 48 hours for issue resolution once your inquiry is submitted.
