Return & Refund Policies
At ArtisanDreamshop, we take pride in delivering handcrafted embroidered tote bags and clothing with care and attention to detail. However, if an issue arises with your order, we are committed to resolving it quickly and fairly through a transparent return and refund process.
1. Return Window
All return requests must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date. Returns requested outside this timeframe may not be eligible for a refund.
2. How to Request a Return or Refund
To begin a return or refund process, please contact our support team at payment@ArtisanDreamshop.com with the following information:
- Order number
- Reason for the return
- Clear photos (if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect)
Once we verify your request, we will provide you with detailed return instructions. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging, tags, and accessories included.
3. Return & Refund Scenarios
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund. Return shipping costs will be covered by us in this case.
Wrong Product Received
If you received an item you did not order, please notify us within 5 days. We will guide you through the return process and send the correct item at no extra cost.
Undelivered Orders
If your package has not arrived within 7 days after shipping, please contact us immediately. We will investigate with the carrier and proceed with a reshipment or refund if the order is confirmed as lost.
Order Cancellation (Before Shipment)
If you wish to cancel an order before it ships, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. If the order has not yet been processed, we will issue a full refund.
4. Refund Timeline
After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note that depending on your bank or card issuer, additional time may be required for the refund to reflect in your account.
